The AP continues to lie about the cartoonihad
The AP is one of the leading MSM companies that's been doing whatever it can to delegitimize Denmark. They say that:
The Danish government has been criticized by Muslim countries for not apologizing for the cartoons published in the Jyllands-Posten newspaper on Sept. 30. The government says it cannot be held responsible for the actions of Denmark’s independent media. The cartoons were reprinted in newspapers worldwide in January and February, sparking a wave of protests primarily in Islamic countries. Muslims consider any physical representation of Islam’s prophet to be blasphemous. But as JunkYardBlog explains, that's not what happened at all, and the AP can't even get the timeline correct. Simply put, what happened is that the Islamofascists organized the riots, and it was then that various other newspapers in Europe reprinted them in solidarity with Denmark (with the possible exception of Britain, where only a Welsh college newspaper was willing to reprint them so far).
For more on what really happened, here's a video recording, which is much better and more interesting than what the AP has to offer.
