The Ultimate Insult

Trying to discover just exactly what the "ultimate insult" to Islam really is.

o  Muslims committed the huge blunder of revealing their vulnerability [cartoon flap]. Now the world knows what hurts them. When you find your opponent’s weak spot, it is exactly where you want to hit him… If Islam is ridiculed publicly and systematically, it will be defeated.

o  Muslim psychology…is all pomposity and bravado. I give you my word that if Islam is ridiculed publicly and systematically, it will be defeated. Shame is a great motivator as well as deterrent. Do not underestimate the power of ridicule. This is serious stuff not a laughing matter…

o  How much ridicule is enough? Until it hurts. The pain of shame must become bigger than the comfort of clinging to this false fetish. When you see their eyes are popping out of their eyeballs, their veins bulging in their necks, foam forming at their mouths, and they are ready to explode, you know that the remedy is working. Give them more. They will either die of heart attacks or they will come to their senses and recover from this insanity.

o  Every one of us must become a cyberwarrior and mock Muhammad, Islam and the Muslims. Use your talent. Draw cartoons based on the hadith and the Quran. You can find tons of ridiculous stuff in these books to lampoon. Write articles, lyrics, jokes, plays, do whatever you can to ridicule Muhammad the prophet pretender and Muslims. Don’t heed to their howls and cries.

Osama Describes Some Insults to Islam: HAMAS good;Stopping Genocide BAD

Here's bin Laden himself on insults to Islam (don't expect sanity here, folks) from the NY Times:

In the case of Sudan, Mr. bin Laden sought to portray talk of bringing in peacekeeping troops as another attempt by the United States to divide Arab lands and to impose a foreign military on an Islamic country.

"I call on mujahedeen and their supporters, especially in Sudan and the Arab peninsula, to prepare for a long war against the crusader plunderers in western Sudan," Mr. bin Laden said. "Our goal is not defending the Khartoum government but to defend Islam, its land and its people."

In the audiotape three months ago, Mr. bin Laden suggested that there could be peace between the West and Al Qaeda. But that notion was absent from this tape, replaced with a call to arms and what appeared to be a rationale for attacking civilians.

"They send their sons to armies to fight us and they continue their financial and moral support, while our countries are burned and our houses are bombed and our people are killed," he said.

Also, this little gem

"The blockade which the West is imposing on the government of Hamas proves that there is a Zionist-crusaders war on Islam," he said.

OK, all we all clear on Professor bin Laden's important new teachings (brought to us via al Jazeera, or course)? Aiding terrorists is GOOD. Very good. Trying to stop a civil war and genocide that has been being perpetrated by Muslims in Sudan for over 20 years is BAD. VERY BAD. Yeah, say that once we have firebombed terrorist centram, Khartoum, former haven to {gasp!} al Qaida! The world is quite topsy-turvy these days, isn't it?

*************************
Actually, it gets better at the Reuters article on this subject which includes bin Laden's feelings on the Mo Cartoonists and freedom of speech. Osama, you might be pleased to find that we feel the same way about you. The only true way to stop your insults is also your death. Payback's a bitch, eh?:

DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has called for people who ridiculed the Prophet Mohammad to be killed, weighing into the furor that erupted after a Danish newspaper ran cartoons lampooning Islam's holy messenger.

"Heretics and atheists, who denigrate religion and transgress against God and His Prophet, will not stop their enmity toward Islam except by being killed," the Saudi-born militant said......

Denmark's government has refused to apologize for the cartoons, saying it cannot say sorry on behalf of a free and independent media and that freedom of speech is sacred.

"The insistence of the Danish government to refrain from apologizing and its refusal to punish the criminals and take action to prevent this crime from being repeated... shows that the notions of freedom of speech have no roots, especially when it comes to Muslims," bin Laden said in the tape.

Yeah, I guess for the press bin Laden is something like the Paris Hilton of terrorists to report on. We should get those two together, come to think of it.
